Shipping Policy

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

  • Product Packaging: Minor imperfections such as small tears, scuffs, seam separations in factory shrink wrap, or other minor packaging defects that occur during manufacturing or distribution are considered normal and are not eligible for compensation or replacement. All products are sourced directly from authorized Canadian distributors, and we maintain excellent standing with the publishers and manufacturers of every trading card game we carry.

  • Shipping & Delivery Estimates: Delivery dates and transit times provided by us or the shipping carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, customs processing, high order volumes, or product availability. We recommend placing orders well in advance of any time-sensitive need to help avoid potential delays.

  • Shipping Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customers.

  • Customs & Import Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be assessed during international shipping. We are also not responsible for parcels opened or delayed by customs or border inspection agencies, and such circumstances do not qualify for compensation.

  • Loss or Damage in Transit: Once an order has been shipped, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit or after the package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to consider secure delivery options, such as Card for Pickup, if they have concerns about package theft or unattended deliveries.
