Refund Policy

In-Store Purchases

  • We accept exchanges only (no cash refunds) on unopened products returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

  • TCG singles, TCG sealed product, and sports-card products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online Orders

  • Most non-TCG and non-sports items may be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup for a full refund, provided the item is in original, unopened condition.

  • Returns can be mailed back or dropped off in-store. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

  • As with in-store purchases, TCG singles, TCG sealed product, sports-card products, clearance items, sale items, and blind-box/randomized items are final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

  • Minor packaging imperfections (such as small dents, scuffs, or imperfect shrink-wrap) that occur during manufacturing or shipping generally do not qualify as damage for return or refund purposes.

Pre-Orders & Clearance/Discounted Items

  • Pre-order cancellations may be subject to fees, and any refunded or substituted pre-order items are final sale.

  • Clearance products, discounted items, and any items sold at custom prices are final sale with no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
